Summer can be such an enjoyable time of year. It’s a great time to socialise, invite friends over and spend time together. This year more than any other, it’s time to get your home sorted and actually invite people over for a games’ night, a sangria party, or if you’re lucky, a pool party.
Here are our top tips for getting your home ready for summer parties and endless warm nights by giving it a spruce up.
Indoor cooking
Let’s face it, most BBQs end up with at least something in the oven trying to stay warm while the rest of the sausages cook. Not to mention all the salads, drinks, and desserts that need to be prepared and stored in the kitchen. This means that you and any party guests will be heading in and out of your kitchen regularly.
To get started, think about the places people tend to hang around when at a party. Usually, that’s next to the fridge where to beer is stored and near where someone is preparing food. You should make sure you’ve got enough seating in the area, even if it’s only temporary.
